cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 3
days before the event. Please provide the new attendee’s contact details.

6. Subscription Services

Refund requests for subscription services will be considered on a case by case basis. If you
wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us to discuss your options.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not possible
    once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Subscription Services: Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. Please
    note that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term. To
    cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team.
